Every effort is made to ensure the kitten will arrive to the buyer

healthy.  All Kittens will be accompanied with a Health Certificate

of good health prior to delivery.

This warranty requires the buyer to take the kitten to his/her

Veterinarian for a health check within 72 hours of arrival, unless

agreed upon by both parties. In the event that the Veterinarian

finds the kitten to be unhealthy with an infectious disease that

the Vet finds reason could have been incubation or present

before the kitten was delivered, the kitten may be:

A)       Returned for a kitten trade of equal value/quality. A refund
 
will not be awarded. Seller must be notified by the said
 
Veterinarian. Buyer agrees to grant seller full access to
 
Veterinary records if a dispute arises. Buyer and seller will
 
share costs of transportation of kitten.

B)        Kept by the buyer. In this event the buyers Veterinarian
 
will need to inform seller a description of the problems and
 
or illness. If agreed upon by both seller and buyer the seller
 
will agree to cover up to and no more than 500.00. This is
 
based on a one time visit and any medications administered
 
at the appointment. Determined at the 72 hour examination.

NOTE: In either event as stated above. This clause is meant to
 
cover infectious diseases and does not cover; adverse

drug reactions, food allergies, or injuries sustained during

transportation.

*It is recommended that the kitten be separated from other pets

in a small room for the first 3+ days, thus allowing the kitten to

adjust to its new surroundings. Kitten must have a bed, food,

water and litter box available in this room.

*Small children should be monitored with the kitten at all times

until they have learned how to handle them.

*Buyer agrees to keep the kitten/Cat up to date on all

vaccinations and other preventative care.

*Buyer agrees to only take the Kitten/Cat outdoors if on a suitable

fitting harness/walking jacket and leash, or in a proper outdoor

enclosure. Servals have home territories of many miles;

Savannahs may inherit the tendency to wander dangerously far.

*NO kittens sold as pets may be used for breeding nor may they

be placed in another home or sold

for the purpose of breeding. If found doing so Snow Canyon

Savannahs will retake possession of the cat immediately. No

Refund.

*Under NO circumstances will this kitten/cat be sold, leased,

given away to a pet shop, shelter, rescue organization, research

laboratory or any other similar facility.

* In the event that the buyer is unable to keep the kitten/cat

for ANY reason (Ie: allergies, divorce, re-locatiing) the buyer will

contact the seller (Jannel) and offer first right to take the

kitten/cat back and find it a new home. NO refund will be made to

buyer.

*If the kitten is sold as a BREEDER, buyer will receive

registrations papers to be sent in to TICA and all fees are paid by

buyer. Most registrations papers will accompany the kitten. If

not, there will be a mutual agreement by both seller and buyer as

to when the registration papers will arrive.

*NO F4 males will be sold as breeders.

*If the kitten is sold as a MALE PET buyer agrees to have the

kitten neutered by the age of 6 months.

*If the kitten is sold as a FEMALE PET buyer agrees to have her

spayed by the age of 6 months.

* ONLY AFTER a Veterinarians certified letter of sterilization of

a “PET ONLY” kitten will the registration papers be released to

the buyer.

*The buyer agrees to assume all responsibilities and expenses

for the kitten/cat after leaving Snow Canyon Savannahs. At no

point in time will the seller refund any amount of money to the

buyer. The seller upon final sale and the buyer takes possession

of the kitten/cat will not be responsible for any future Vet bills or

expenses for this kitten/cat.

 *Genetic Defects/Disease. As the seller everything possible is

done to be sure the kitten is free of any genetic defects and or

disease. In the event the kitten is found to have a congenital

defect/disease, seller must be notified in writing of the same and

written Veterinary recodes must be provided to seller. Upon

sellers satisfaction the kitten has a congenital defect/disease,

buyer may return the kitten to seller and seller will provide buyer

with a replacement kitten of equal quality and generation. Seller

and buyer will share cost of shipping under these circumstances.

This guarantee is good up to the kitten turning 1 year of age

(date) _______________________. If kitten is sold as a breeder and a

litter is produced prior to the kitten turning one year old this

guarantee is void.

INCLUDED with the sale of your kitten: Vet health certificate, All

vaccinations and de-worming required as per the age of the

kitten, Immunization record, Blanket, toy, sample of food. If flying

to you, the kitten will arrive in an airline approved crate. As the

seller I agree to be available for any questions for the life time of

the kitten.

As the breeder/Seller regardless of the kitten/cat being sold as a

breeder, show or pet offer NO guarantee in respect to; size, color,

spot pattern, or weight.

I will try to the best of my ability to estimate, but there are no

guarantees to above said.

1 - Signed contract with Guarantee and Warranty by both seller and buyer.

2 - The kitten will be paid for "In Full" PRIOR to shipment.

3 - Travel arrangements will be paid by the buyer. 
     Air travel from St George Utah Airport (average cost 300.00 + crate)
     Air travel from Las Vegas Airport (cost can vary based on destination + crate)
     *** Kittens must be 12 weeks old to travel by air***
4- During EXTREME hot and cold weather... I can not ship cargo. If you are willing to fly in and pick up your kitten that would be wonderful! OR I would be happy to come to you and fly the kitten "in Cabin" with me. Cost will vary per flight.

     Personal delivery within a 6 hour "one way" radius (200.00 + crate)

     You can always pick up your new kitten from me as well
     *** Personal delivery and pick up kittens at 12 weeks old***
(this can vary depending on the kittens rediness to leave his/her mommy)

They will have had all immunizations, worming and health evaluation administered by my Veterinarian  along with a certificate of good health prior to pick up or delivery.
